Deanna Rose

Deanna Rose was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where she took singing lessons on world-renowned Music Row. She loves singing folk, country, gospel, jazz, blues, and more! Deanna now lives in the mountains of North Carolina. Deanna Rose is a graduate of Warren Wilson College, where she earned a BA in Gender and Women’s Studies and minor in Anthropology/Sociology. While attending WWC, Deanna participated in the folk choir and college chorale for 4 years. She also participated in the Vagina Monologues for three years and one year she co-directed it with Sally Obremski. Deanna Rose is currently a professional teacher, singer, sound healer, actress, nanny, community organizer and holistic herbalist, certified by the Blue Ridge School of Herbal Medicine.
